Become a Fruitful Friend: volunteer to visit a family once a week
(This is the most valuable thing you can do for a refugee family- they want nothing more than an American friend!)

Teach a Self-Sufficiency Class in your area of expertise

Read mail, make telephone calls and volunteer at one of the Help Centers.  Give an hour or two of your time:  no training necessary!
